A humanoid robot under $100K changes the conversation. It does not make the category mainstream, but it does make pilots easier for labs, integrators, and factories to justify.1

The catch is capability. Buyers will measure reliability, support, tooling, and safety more than the headline price.

If Unitree can combine lower cost with repeatable work, the humanoid market could start to look less like a science project and more like an equipment category.
